A picture from my city Verona Bay on SimCity 4. It's lucky that I caught this when I did, two high-rise, low-wealth apartment buildings being constructed right next to each other. There are a few downloads seen in this pic from members of Simtropolis.com, just didn't want to take credit for making them.
